Natural Hayfever Remedies

Red, yellow and orange vegetables and fruit are rich in beta carotene, bioflavonoids and vitamin C which can help hayfever. Organic is preferable as there will be higher vitamin levels and no pesticide residue. Dark green foods help eliminate the excess toxins in the body and also contain high levels of beta carotene. Add watercress, rocket and chard to your salads and use spinach, green beans and kale. Spirulina, blue-green algae, wheatgrass and chlorella are useful additions to your food choices.
